Positioning Test Lead (Robotics / Embedded Systems)
Contract Positioning Test Lead for Husqvarna Robotics in Huskvarna, leading a small team (3 testers) responsible for manual and automated testing of positioning functionality in autonomous Automowers. The role owns test strategy and evidence for positioning as a subsystem (requirements, interfaces, risks, behaviors), covering module/subsystem/integration testing using rigs and physical mowers, log/measurement analysis, fault isolation, and reporting status/risks each sprint. Must have strong embedded/robotics testing background plus positioning tech exposure (GNSS/RTK/LiDAR/correction data) and test automation scripting (preferably Python) with CI/CD and common tooling (Git/Jira/Confluence).

Essential
Required Qualifications
Test leadership or coordination within a technical team
Embedded software / complex product testing (robotics, automotive systems, or similar)
Module, subsystem, function, and integration testing
Requirements analysis
Test planning and test design
Manual and automated testing
Test automation and scripting (preferably Python or similar)
Test rigs and automated test environments (simulation, HIL, SIL)
Log/measurement/test-result/statistics analysis
Debugging, fault isolation, and root cause analysis
CI/CD pipelines
Git
Jira and/or Confluence (or similar)
Positioning systems experience: GNSS and/or RTK and/or LiDAR and/or correction data / sensor systems / autonomous products
Preferred
Nice to Have
Swedish language (working language listed Swedish & English)
Experience specifically with Automower/robotic lawn mower products
Experience defining acceptance criteria for positioning performance
Experience comparing performance/regressions across versions (benchmarking)
