Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Ensure consistency, quality, and completeness of project documentation, reporting packs, and governance artefacts.
Support governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings through agenda management, documentation, and action tracking.
Monitor compliance with project, programme, and portfolio management standards and frameworks.
Portfolio & Programme Management Support
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions across multiple initiatives.
Support portfolio planning, prioritization, resource tracking, and capacity management activities.
Provide analytical insights into portfolio performance, delivery risks, and emerging trends.
Assist in maintaining portfolio repositories, trackers, and reporting tools.
Support implementation of PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and monitor RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and ensure timely escalation where required.

Required Qualifications
PMO / P3M governance support (project, programme, portfolio)
Portfolio reporting, management information (MI), dashboards and executive presentations
Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, dashboarding)
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level packs)
RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and escalation tracking
Stakeholder coordination across business/technology/risk/procurement/vendor management
Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems
Governance forum support (steerco/committees): agenda, minutes, actions tracking
Basic knowledge or experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) / Vendor Risk Management
Working in a regulated environment with standards/compliance to PM frameworks
