Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Develop clear, accurate, and engaging promotional marketing content for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.
Create and adapt content for materials such as emailers, websites, banners, video scripts, social media assets, newsletters, sales aids, detail aids, leave-behinds, brochures, and campaign materials.
Convert approved medical, scientific, and brand inputs into audience-appropriate marketing content.
Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, approved claims, references, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with brand teams, medical teams, creative teams, project managers, and reviewers to deliver content as per project requirements.
Implement MLR feedback accurately and efficiently across content assets.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all promotional content deliverables.
Support updates and revisions in content based on internal stakeholder, medical, legal, and regulatory feedback.
Work within content management and review platforms such as VVPM.
Coordinate with design teams and review content in design files, preferably using Figma.
Manage multiple content assignments and deliver within agreed timelines.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Pharma/healthcare promotional content writing (2–4 years)
Experience creating HCP and/or patient-facing marketing content
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading
Understanding of pharma/healthcare/life sciences terminology
Ability to simplify scientific information into clear marketing copy
Knowledge of promotional pharma content formats (emailers, web, banners, scripts, social, newsletters, sales/detail aids, brochures)
MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process familiarity
Ability to implement MLR feedback accurately
Working with approved source material: claims, references, prescribing information, brand guidelines
Familiarity/working knowledge of VVPM or similar content review/approval platforms
Stakeholder collaboration with brand/medical/creative/PM/reviewers
Ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint

Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Marketing/Communications or related
Experience with healthcare agencies, pharma companies, medical communication agencies, or life sciences organizations
