Performance Testing Manager
Performance Testing Manager (Mumbai/Andheri) to lead end-to-end performance engineering and assurance for enterprise, web, cloud, digital and SAP-based applications. The role is hands-on (individual contributor) while managing 2–5 performance engineers and a small Performance Testing CoE. Establish performance testing frameworks, standards, processes, and governance models.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Performance Testing CoE.

Gather and analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance objectives.

Develop comprehensive performance test plans, workload models, and execution strategies.

Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project scheduling for performance initiatives.

Essential
Required Qualifications
13+ years total testing experience
10+ years performance testing experience
4+ years hands-on NeoLoad
Performance test strategy and planning (NFRs, SLAs, workload modeling, test plans)
Design and execution of performance test types: load, stress, spike, endurance/soak, scalability, volume
Performance analysis and bottleneck identification; root-cause analysis
APM/observability usage for correlation (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
Stakeholder management and reporting (performance reports, risk assessments, executive dashboards)
Team leadership/mentoring (manage 2–5 engineers; CoE leadership)
Experience on SAP projects or similar enterprise SaaS/ERP (Salesforce or Workday)
Hands-on/individual contributor mindset
