5+ years of experience in PMS or performance management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required Qualifications
End-to-end PMS (Performance Management System) cycle management
Goal setting coordination and governance
Performance review cycle coordination (mid-year/annual)
Ratings calibration/appraisal coordination
MIS reporting and performance data tracking
Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Strong communication skills
5+ years experience in PMS/performance management

Process improvement/continuous improvement in HR processes
HR operations exposure
Advanced Excel for MIS reporting (pivot tables, lookups)
