Required Qualifications
At least 6 years as an Oracle Retail Functional Consultant, Oracle Retail Solution Specialist, or Retail Domain Consultant
At least 6 years of retail industry experience, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and retail operations
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail solutions
Business process discovery, journey mapping, and solution design workshop leadership
Experience with large-scale Oracle Retail SaaS implementations and retail transformation programs
Stakeholder management across business, IT, executive, Oracle SME, and implementation teams
Translation of business requirements into Oracle Retail solutions and best-practice process designs
Gap analysis, solution assessment, and business process optimization
