Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits Consultant (Contract)
Contract Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits Consultant needed to design, configure, and optimize Oracle Compensation & Benefits, including salary structures, incentive/bonus programs, compensation cycles, and workforce compensation plans. The role requires strong Fast Formula capability for complex compensation rules, hands-on data/reporting tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI), and solid understanding of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party integrations is a plus.
