Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant / Support Engineer

Contract role in Bengaluru for an 8–10 years Oracle Fusion Order Management professional to configure and support end-to-end OM processes. The person will handle order capture through orchestration and fulfillment, including pricing and returns, support integrations and FBDI data loads, execute testing, and drive issue resolution/production support for OM-related defects and incidents.

Required Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) configuration and support

Order capture and order orchestration in Fusion OM

Fulfillment process support (shipping/invoicing/fulfillment steps as applicable)

Pricing setup/support within OM flow

Returns/RMA process support

Integrations supporting OM (inbound/outbound)

FBDI loads for OM-related data

Testing (SIT/UAT support, test execution)

Issue resolution/production support (triage, root cause, fixes/workarounds)

Preferred

Nice to Have

Oracle Fusion implementation experience (end-to-end OM)

Knowledge of upstream/downstream touchpoints (e.g., inventory, shipping, invoicing)

Basic SQL/data analysis for troubleshooting

Documentation of configurations and test evidence
