Core HR (Global HR) functional knowledge
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) configuration/support
Talent Management configuration/support
Oracle Learning Cloud configuration/support
Oracle Journeys configuration/support
Fusion HCM Security (roles, privileges, data security)
Data migration for Fusion HCM (e.g., HDL/HSDL/FBDI concepts)
Testing (SIT/UAT) and defect triage
End-user support and issue resolution
Preferred

OTBI/BI reporting for HCM
Fast Formulas (basic understanding)
