Oracle Finance Cloud Senior Consultant (Oracle Fusion Financials)

Senior Oracle Finance Cloud (Oracle Fusion Financials) functional lead to drive end-to-end solution design and implementation across Fusion Financials modules, lead workshops and fit-gap, configure core finance modules, support data conversion and testing (SIT/UAT), coordinate integrations/reporting/security (OIC, APIs, OTBI/BI Publisher/FRS), and provide hypercare. The role also requires presales leadership for finance solutions, contributions to offerings/accelerators, and the ability to independently lead finance workstreams in large transformation programs. Target is 8–20 years overall experience with strong hands-on Fusion Financials and multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations; Oracle Fusion certification required.

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Senior Consultant to drive end to end solution design, implementation, and work on the presales activities, offerings, solutions etc..

The consultant will serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion Financials, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical as well as sales teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high quality Finance Cloud solutions.

This role requires a hands on functional expert with strong problem solving skills, excellent client engagement capability, and the ability to independently lead Finance workstreams within multi-tower transformation programs.

Leading requirement workshops, performing fit-gap analysis, and driving end to end functional solution design across Fusion Financials modules.

Configuring and validating key Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, Projects).

Designing finance process flows across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Asset Accounting.

Supporting data conversion, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness for finance master and transactional data.

Developing test scenarios and scripts; leading SIT, UAT, and end user training.

Coordinating with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and security requirements (OIC, REST APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS).

Providing hypercare and post production support, ensuring process stability and optimization.

Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Finance Cloud functional consulting

End-to-end implementation experience (full-cycle) in Oracle Cloud Financials

Functional leadership: requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design

Hands-on configuration/validation of Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses)

Finance process knowledge: R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), Asset Accounting

Data conversion/migration: mapping, validation, reconciliation, cutover readiness

Testing and deployment: test scenarios/scripts, SIT, UAT, end-user training

Integration/reporting/security coordination: OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, security roles

Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting rules, subledger postings and reconciliation

Presales leadership for Finance solutions (must-have)

Oracle Fusion Financials certification(s)
