Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 SCM & Manufacturing Implementation Functional Lead / SME
Contract role in Warsaw for a senior Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation lead/SME to drive end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing module implementations. The consultant will lead solution design and workshops across Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management and Manufacturing (BOM/WIP/Costing), own functional documentation and testing cycles (CRP/UAT/Cutover/Go-Live), and coordinate RICEFW, integrations and data migration. Requires 10–15 years’ experience, 2–3+ full lifecycle Oracle R12 SCM/Manufacturing implementations (not support-only), and strong English communication.

Required Qualifications
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 (12.1/12.2) functional implementation
Functional lead / SME experience (implementation, not support-only)
Oracle SCM modules: Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM)
Oracle Manufacturing: BOM, WIP, Cost Management / Costing
End-to-end process knowledge: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Manufacturing flows
Item structures (items, BOMs) and inventory concepts
Inventory costing / cost management concepts
Procurement approvals / approval workflows
Full lifecycle implementation phases: CRP, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live
RICEFW coordination (requirements and delivery coordination)
Integrations and data migration coordination
Business workshops, solution design, functional documentation
English communication skills
