Operational Resilience & Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead
Senior Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to implement and govern operational resilience and third-party risk frameworks across critical business services. The role performs third-party risk assessments (operational/technology/cyber/infosec/BCM), identifies critical services and suppliers, drives service/supplier dependency mapping, and coordinates BIA, impact tolerances, BCP/DR, scenario testing and remediation tracking. Requires strong stakeholder management across Business, Technology, Risk, Procurement, Compliance and Vendor Management, plus exposure to key regulations/frameworks such as DORA, PRA/FCA, APRA CPS 230/234, MAS BCM/TRM, HKMA, and standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST and COBIT.

Perform Third-Party Risk Assessments covering operational, technology, cyber, information security, business continuity and resilience risks.

Identify Critical / Important Business Services and Third Parties and assess their impact on business resilience.

Support Service Mapping / Supplier Mapping to establish dependencies between business services, applications, technology and third parties.

Perform and coordinate BIA, Impact Tolerance, BCP and DR assessments for critical services and suppliers.

Assess third-party resilience capabilities including Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management and Exit/Recovery Plans.

Support TPRM due diligence, onboarding, periodic assessments, risk reviews and remediation tracking.

Review supplier controls against frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, COBIT and regulatory requirements.

Support concentration risk, fourth-party/subcontractor risk and exit strategy assessments.

Track third-party risks, issues, action plans and remediation through RAID / risk registers.

Coordinate scenario testing / tabletop exercises involving critical suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Develop and maintain KRI/KCI, resilience MI and management dashboards for senior stakeholders.
