Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager
Senior Operational Resilience/BCM professional to implement an organization-wide Operational Resilience framework with a strong focus on process-level resilience and critical business services. The role will lead Business Impact Analyses (BIA), develop and test response/recovery strategies, maintain business continuity plans (BCP), run scenario/tabletop and DR exercises, map end-to-end dependencies (systems, third parties, infrastructure), and ensure regulatory compliance with FCA/PRA expectations. Responsibilities also include resilience metrics/KPIs tracking and producing management and regulator-ready reporting, plus supporting audits and regulatory submissions.

Implement the organization’s Operational Resilience framework, focusing on process-level resilience and critical business services.

Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical processes and their dependencies.

Develop, test, and refine response and recovery strategies for operational disruptions.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Develop and maintain business continuity plans (BCP) and ensure their alignment with resilience objectives.

Facilitate resilience testing, including scenario-based exercises, disaster recovery (DR) tests, and tabletop exercises.

Process-Level Resilience

Work with business units to identify vulnerabilities in key processes and implement controls to enhance resilience.

Map process dependencies across systems, third parties, and infrastructure to ensure holistic resilience.

Required Qualifications
Operational Resilience framework implementation (process-level resilience, critical business services)
Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and identification of critical processes and dependencies
Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) development/maintenance
Response and recovery strategy design, testing, and refinement for operational disruptions
Resilience testing facilitation (scenario-based exercises, tabletop exercises, DR tests)
Process dependency mapping across systems, third parties, and infrastructure
Regulatory compliance for operational resilience (FCA and PRA requirements)
Regulatory submissions/audit support related to operational resilience and BCM
Resilience metrics/KPIs definition, tracking, and reporting to senior management/regulators
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with third-party/vendor resilience assessments
Experience presenting to regulators or participating in regulatory exams
Knowledge of broader standards/frameworks used in BCM/resilience programs (e.g., ISO 22301)
Experience building dashboards for resilience metrics and reporting
