OpenShift Administrator

Required Qualifications
Red Hat OpenShift administration (deploy, manage, troubleshoot)
OpenShift cluster design for security and high availability
Linux administration (4–6 years overall experience implied)
Cluster operations: upgrades, patching, day-to-day support
Troubleshooting: nodes, networking, and storage issues
OVN-Kubernetes networking
CSI storage concepts/integrations
GitOps workflows
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and/or GitLab)
Automation with Ansible
Security best practices: RBAC, pod security, vulnerability scanning
Hybrid/on-prem and cloud OpenShift exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP mentioned)
Application containerization and migration to OpenShift (including from VMware)
