Onboarding Expert (Service Transition / Application Change Manager)
Contract role in Lille (occasional remote) for an Onboarding Expert acting as the bridge between Build and Run/Go-Live. The mission is to stabilize and standardize non-production/UAT environments, industrialize deployments through scripting/CI/CD runbooks, and lead release/incident processes to reduce lead times and improve quality. The person will coordinate across Dev, QA, Ops and local Business Units, manage complex go-live schedules (including store openings/migrations), and coach BUs to become autonomous on deployment tools and cross-functional processes.

Automation & Industrialization: Design, implement and document automated procedures for the migration and/or store opening stages in order to significantly reduce lead times.

Release Management & Quality: Monitor and lead release processes, ensure incident management in non-production environments with a strict objective of continuous improvement, and establish stability reporting.

Cross-functional governance & Support: Manage the implementation of environments with the product and local bus teams, be the guarantor of the Go-Live timeline, and act as a privileged interface between developers and operational staff.

Change management: Supporting the BUs in the appropriation of deployment tools and cross-functional processes to guarantee their buy-in and final autonomy.

Required Qualifications
Deployment engineering / release management / UAT (acceptance) environment management experience
Non-production/UAT environment reliability, stability, configuration management
Automation of deployments and operational procedures (runbooks, CI/CD)
Scripting for orchestration/automation (tooling unspecified)
ITSM practices: incident management and release management
Cross-functional technical project coordination (Dev, QA, Ops, local BUs)
Go-Live planning and complex deployment schedule management
Process audit and modeling; continuous improvement mindset
