Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, and user access.

Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components.

Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
