Network monitoring and operations (NOC)
Troubleshooting network incidents (L2/L3 basics)
TCP/IP fundamentals
Routing and switching fundamentals
DNS and DHCP basics
Network protocols (e.g., ICMP, ARP, HTTP/HTTPS basics)
Understanding of firewalls and network security basics
Preferred
Nice to Have
Linux/Unix basics for network troubleshooting
Scripting/automation basics (e.g., Python, Bash)
ITIL/incident management familiarity
Experience with common monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
