Configuration: Program DVRs, NVRs, software clients, and network settings for remote viewing.

Maintenance: Perform routine checks, clean camera lenses, test recording quality, and update firmware.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose signal failures, broken wires, power issues, or faulty hardware and replace parts.

Client Support: Explain system operations to users and recommend security upgrades. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
