Module Lead – Infor LN Manufacturing / Quality / ERP–MES Integration
Module Lead role for a 7–9 years profile with strong techno-functional expertise in Infor LN (Manufacturing and Quality) and ERP–MES integration to drive manufacturing digital transformation. The person will lead business process assessment, solution architecture, field-level data mapping, and automation of inspection certificates/quality reports/traceability by integrating Infor LN with Plex MES (or similar MES). Strong manufacturing process knowledge, reporting/analytics (Power BI/SSRS), and integration skills (REST APIs, SQL, data integration) are required, along with stakeholder management and leadership.

Proven experience in manufacturing digitalization, quality management, traceability, reporting automation, and ERP-MES integration projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

7+ years of Manufacturing ERP consulting experience, including 5+ years with Infor LN solution design and implementation.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, compliance reporting, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Experience with Power BI, SSRS, REST APIs, SQL, and data integration technologies.

Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Metals, or Industrial Engineering.

Relevant certifications in Infor LN, ERP Solutions, Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management are preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications
Infor LN functional consulting/solution architecture (Manufacturing, Quality)
Manufacturing ERP consulting (7+ years)
ERP–MES integration (Infor LN with Plex MES or equivalent)
Manufacturing digitalization / Industry 4.0 initiatives
Quality management, inspection processes, compliance reporting
Traceability solutions (lot/serial/batch traceability concepts)
Business process assessment and solution design
Field-level data mapping / master data mapping between ERP and MES
Reporting automation (inspection certificates, quality reports)
SQL (querying, data validation)
REST APIs (integration concepts)
Power BI and/or SSRS reporting

Hands-on Plex MES experience (preferred)
Experience with other MES platforms (Opcenter, Apriso, FactoryTalk, Ignition)
