Microsoft Intune / Modern Workplace Endpoint Management Expert (Windows 11, Azure)
Contract role in Le Mans (occasional remote) to support a customer modernizing its digital workplace and converging on common, secure endpoint management foundations. The consultant will act as a technical expert on Microsoft Intune/Azure and Windows 11, define standards and target baselines, strengthen endpoint security and compliance (Defender, BitLocker, WHfB, Credential Guard, Application Control), and industrialize/automate deployments via scripts. The role also includes roadmap/backlog ownership, governance and asset/publisher management, production of architecture/operating documentation, support for migrations and complex incidents, and facilitation/knowledge transfer to production teams.

Harmonization of the bases: analysis of existing configurations and deviations. Design of a standardized Windows 11 / Intune target base. Streamline configuration, compliance, and security policies. Definition of standards, documentation and reference systems.

Securing environments: Deploying Microsoft security recommendations. Enhanced endpoint compliance. Optimized for Defender, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, Credential Guard, Application Control, and other components. Reduction of the exhibition area and increase in safety maturity.

Administration and industrialization: support on Intune policies (Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Conditional Access, PowerShell Scripts, Remediation Scripts, etc.). Automate administration and deployment. Continuous improvement of operating processes.

Support for Workplace projects: support for migrations and changes to user environments. Participation in the framing, design, acceptance and deployment. Analysis of complex incidents. Role of technical referent for the project and operations teams.

Skills transfer: production of technical deliverables (architecture, operation, procedures, configuration guides). Facilitation of workshops and sharing sessions. Upskilling internal teams on Microsoft Workplace.
