Microsoft Entra Identity Security Consultant (IAM Automation & Reporting)
Contract role in Paris (occasional remote) for a hands-on Microsoft Entra ID expert focused on identity security. The mission supports an international group transitioning identity management from Google to Microsoft Entra, with emphasis on securing identities and access, integrating/migrating applications into Entra, and industrializing/automating IAM workflows. The consultant will map existing Google Workspace mechanisms to Entra, implement and monitor identity security policies (including exceptions and violations), automate controls via Microsoft Graph API and scripting (ideally PowerShell), and produce cyber/identity compliance reporting primarily in Power BI, while providing documentation and knowledge transfer to local IT teams.

Training and documentation for internal teams

Support for teams in charge of migration and integration of applications in Entra

Industrialization and automation of processes related to application integration and identity management

Implement mechanisms to handle exceptions to security policies

Identifying, tracking, and addressing identity and access policy violations

Implementation of cyber reports on account activity, access and compliance with policies

Provision of solutions that enable local IT entities and teams to gain autonomy while respecting the security framework defined at the central level

Essential
Required Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Entra ID expertise with strong IAM / Identity Security focus
SSO, provisioning, access management, and application integration in Entra
Microsoft Graph API (very good command)
Scripting and automation (ideally PowerShell)
Zero Trust Identity principles
Identity security policies: controls, exceptions handling, policy violations/breaches management
Power BI reporting applied to cyber/identity/compliance topics
Good knowledge of Google Workspace for mapping existing mechanisms to Entra
Fluent English
Preferred
Nice to Have
SOC N2/N3 operational cybersecurity exposure (identity/access related)
Ability to produce documentation, training materials, and perform skills transfer for international/local IT teams
Experience industrializing/standardizing IAM processes across multiple entities
