Drive solution design across D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and integrated Microsoft business applications.

Conduct business requirements workshops, process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design reviews.

Recommend standard platform capabilities versus customizations, ensuring a strong fit-to-standard approach.

Define architecture principles covering security, performance, extensibility, maintainability, scalability, and integration.

Provide architectural guidance throughout solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.

Evaluate the impact of Microsoft platform updates and emerging capabilities on existing architecture.

Procurement & Sourcing: Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, sourcing, procurement workflows, and supplier collaboration.

Inventory Management: Multi-site inventory, stock transfers, inventory valuation, batch and serial tracking, reservation strategies, and inventory optimization.

Essential
Required Qualifications
15+ years of enterprise applications or ERP experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture and delivery on at least two major ERP implementations or transformation programs
Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), including recent cloud solution experience
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management architecture and functional process knowledge across procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, manufacturing, and order management
D365 Finance architecture and integration with SCM processes, including financial controls and multi-entity or international requirements
Hands-on Power Platform solution design using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, integrated with D365 F&O/SCM
Enterprise integration architecture using Azure integration services, APIs, D365 data entities, and appropriate integration patterns
Solution architecture governance covering security, extensibility, data migration, D365 extensions, and delivery/release practices
Preferred
Nice to Have
FMCG, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or process manufacturing experience
Experience in European or global organizations and distributed delivery models
Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus
