Carry out quantity take-offs and estimation for MEP activities.

Review drawings and calculate required quantities accurately.

Support costing and material estimation for MEP works.

Coordinate with project and engineering teams on quantity-related matters.

Verify quantities and measurements at project sites.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.

Maintain accurate quantity and BOQ records and documentation.
09
3+ years of experience in QS / Quantity Surveying / BOQ.
10
Experience in MEP projects is preferred.

Construction QS / BOQ experience can also be considered.
12
Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works.

Quantity take-off and measurement from drawings
Estimation and costing support for construction works
Understanding of MEP scope (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Drawing review and quantity calculation accuracy
Site measurement/quantity verification
Documentation and BOQ/quantity record maintenance
Coordination with project/engineering teams
