Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

o Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
o Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
o Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
o Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing.
o Collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability (DFM/DFMA).
o Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement.
o Support PFMEA, control plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
