Mainframe Technical Lead / Senior Mainframe Engineer (Design & Delivery)
Contract role in Gothenburg for a senior mainframe engineer who can own detailed technical design, break requirements into implementable tasks with estimates and acceptance criteria, and deliver hands-on development for complex/high-risk components. The person will lead a small-to-mid team through full delivery cycles, run code reviews and design walkthroughs, enforce testing and release readiness (including rollback/verification), and drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes. Deliver hands-on development for complex or high-risk components alongside the team.

Ensure designs meet performance, security, reliability and maintainability expectations.
