Learning Program Manager (Cloud Learning / Public Sector) - Contract

Accountable for program level KPIs that achieve learning services OKRs

Work integrally within the organization to understand and identify offerings, teams, sponsors, and SME’s who can help bring learning visions to life.

Identify gaps in Google offerings, and advise solutions to fill gaps

Run skills gap assessments and discovery across various government and public sector entities. Eg. higher education, small and medium enterprises, and public sector employees.

Organize virtual / on-site learning events

Develop communication, and branding plans to announce learning initiatives, engage, excite and maximize registrations

Document processes, best practices, and manage change

Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders and customers to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

Track program data, aggregate metrics and provide regular reporting. Interact with marketing and sales teams, capturing tasks, identifying and coordinating workstreams, executing on marketing and business development activities

Instrument continuous improvement, and work with the wider cloud learning teams to maximize engagement and participation.
