Lead Symfony PHP Developer / Technical Referent
Lead/Technical Referent needed to work transversally across a video platform (Live & VoD) within a large media group. You will lead technical architecture and standards across multiple application bricks, perform code reviews, ensure robustness and coherence, and contribute hands-on in PHP 8.3 and Symfony 6.4+. The role also includes mentoring developers, collaborating with Product and stakeholders, and driving quality (tests, CI/CD, documentation), performance, scalability, resilience, and secure production releases in a complex, highly integrated environment.

Participate in the development and maintenance of the platform's various application bricks.

Guarantee technical coherence between the various application bricks and the teams involved.

Supporting developers in their skills development: technical mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Arbitrate structuring technical choices with the Lead Dev, the Product team and the various stakeholders.

Identify and manage optimization actions related to application performance, scalability and resilience.

Contribute to the definition and maintenance of quality standards: tests, CI/CD and technical documentation.

Anticipate technical risks related to technical debt, obsolescence and security, and propose action plans.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban) and provide technical insight into the feasibility and costing of developments.
