Lead / Senior One Identity Manager (IGA/IAM) Developer

Contract assignment in Sweden (Halmstad/Varberg/remote) for a senior/lead developer specialized in One Identity Manager to further develop and operate an IGA platform in production for Region Halland. The consultant will take technical leadership and work hands-on with One Identity Manager development/configuration, workflows and automation, business rules and authorization models, integrations (notably with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID), troubleshooting/optimization, testing and go-live support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Swedish and English communication is required, and One Identity Manager Implementation Professional certification is mandatory.

For our customer Region Halland we are looking for a Lead Developer regarding One Identity Manager

Region Halland is in a major development journey within Identity and Access. The IGA platform One Identity has been implemented and is in a further development phase. To continue the development, Region Halland needs to strengthen the IAM group with a senior One Identity Manager developer.

The region is modernizing its identity and authorization management through the introduction and further development of One Identity Manager as a central platform for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

development and configuration in One Identity Manager

development and adaptation of workflows and processes

development and adaptation of integrations with surrounding systems

troubleshooting, optimization and quality assurance

support for testing and production launch

Required Qualifications

One Identity Manager development and configuration (minimum 3+ years)

One Identity Manager in production environments (implementation and further development)

IGA/IAM concepts (identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance)

Workflow/process development and automation in One Identity Manager

Integrations between One Identity Manager and directory services (Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID)

Troubleshooting, optimization and quality assurance in One Identity Manager

One Identity Manager Implementation Professional certification

Ability to communicate very well in Swedish and English

Technical leadership (guiding developers, influencing solution architecture)

Technical documentation and knowledge transfer
