Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solution Architect
Lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementations for global transformation programs. This role owns solution strategy and architecture, runs discovery through fit-gap, blueprinting, CRPs, UAT and go-live, and drives solutioning across procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales, transportation, master planning, production control, PIM and quality. The person will advise CXO/business stakeholders on process transformation and Microsoft best practices, support pre-sales/RFPs/estimations, and provide delivery governance and team mentorship.

Drive solutioning across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Transportation, Master Planning, Production Control, PIM and Quality.

Design manufacturing solutions for discrete/process manufacturing, BOMs, routes, MRP, forecasting, scheduling, subcontracting, lean manufacturing, shop floor and capacity planning.

Advise CXO/business leaders on process transformation and Microsoft best practices.

Essential
Required Qualifications
10–12 years overall ERP experience
6+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management experience
Enterprise-scale implementation leadership (discovery, fit-gap, blueprinting, CRPs, UAT, go-live)
Solution architecture and delivery governance for global transformation programs
Strong functional knowledge across D365 F&O SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Transportation, Master Planning, Production Control, PIM, Quality
Manufacturing solution design (discrete and/or process manufacturing) including BOMs, routes, MRP, forecasting, scheduling, subcontracting, lean manufacturing, shop floor, capacity planning
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management (including CXO/business leaders)

Pre-sales support (RFP responses, estimations, executive presentations)
Team mentoring/people leadership for consultants
Experience running Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and driving Microsoft best practices adoption
