Lead Java/Angular Engineer (Azure, DevOps/CI-CD)
Senior (9+ years) contract role in banking based in Lille with occasional remote. The mission is to design and evolve a Java/Spring Boot + Angular solution on Azure, set up and improve CI/CD and code quality tooling, drive DevSecOps practices, and ensure operational excellence (observability, performance, incident follow-up, RCA, and technical debt control). The person will also mentor developers through reviews and workshops, lead on complex architecture topics (microservices/hexagonal/monolith), secure releases (deployment strategies, rollback, feature flags), and communicate effectively in English with a partner.

Equip the team: CI/CD chain, code quality tools, project templates, development standards and technical documentation

Manage the balance between the build and the run: monitoring incidents, root cause analysis, maintaining operational conditions, controlling technical debt

Predict performance testing and security compliance (DevSecOps approach)

Secure releases: deployment strategies, rollback plans, feature flags
