Lead Enterprise/Solution Architect (Banking Transformation, Salesforce & Integration)

Senior contract Solution/Enterprise Architect to own end-to-end architecture across multiple banking transformation workstreams. The role defines target-state architecture, blueprints, integration patterns and roadmaps; produces HLD/LLD and architecture decision records; and leads design governance/review boards. Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge is required (onboarding, KYC/AML, servicing, payments ops, fraud/disputes, workflow/document management), with deep integration architecture (API-led and event-driven) and Salesforce-centric programmes (Service/Sales/Experience Cloud; FSC preferred). Must ensure security, resilience, observability and regulatory compliance, and provide technical leadership in agile/product delivery environments.

Banking / Financial Services / Payments / FinTech domain experience

Business process understanding: onboarding, KYC/AML, customer servicing, case management, payments operations, fraud/disputes

Enterprise integration architecture: API-led and event-driven patterns

Integration with Salesforce and external platforms (core banking, payments, identity verification, data platforms, regulatory reporting, fintech apps)

Interoperability, observability, resilience, data integrity across platforms

Salesforce: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud

Integration & APIs: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI

Microsoft Azure (cloud platform)
