Lead Engineer / Team Lead – Automotive Exterior Trim Design & Development (CATIA V5)
Lead the end-to-end design and development of automotive exterior trim aggregates (front/rear bumpers, ORVM, claddings, roof rails, EV charge port, fuel filler, decorative trims) and associated lighting systems in bumper grilles. The role owns delivery across program stages (QFD/benchmarking through drawing/model release, CAE support, DFMEA and DVP), drives BOM creation, regulatory/homologation compliance, and ensures robust trims engineering (mounting/assembly strategies, GD&T, plastics manufacturing such as multi-shot injection molding). This position also leads design reviews, project schedules/cost/targets, supplier/OEM stakeholder coordination, and mentors a team using CATIA V5 and PLM/Teamcenter/DMU tools.
