Lead Developer – Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, AI & Integration

What You'll Be Doing.

Lead the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.

Define technical architecture and development standards for CRM and Power Platform implementations.

Design and develop D365 plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, and Dataverse extensions.

Design and implement Azure-based solutions using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, and other relevant Azure services.

Lead integrations between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and external enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, and messaging services.

Define integration patterns covering synchronous/asynchronous communication, error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.

Drive AI adoption by identifying and implementing AI/GenAI use cases within CRM and business processes.

Design and implement solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and other relevant AI services.

Explore and implement intelligent document processing, AI-powered automation, and AI-assisted business workflows.

Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration and AI solutions.

Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.

Lead technical discussions, effort estimation, solution design, and technical problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development and customization

Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure monitoring

REST API design and enterprise application integration

Synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, messaging, error handling, and monitoring

Practical enterprise AI/GenAI adoption and implementation

Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot ecosystem

Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments

Technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, and developer mentoring

Agile/Scrum delivery knowledge
