Candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in a computer system, engineer or technical graduation.

6+ years of working experience in Labware LIMS & ELN, Web Services (REST & SOAP)

03

Configure LIMS and ELN systems according to requirements of the customers

04

Develop code for logging samples, printing labels, and other functions Follow all guidelines at all times.

Provide L2 & L3 support to the business which includes shift rotations.

In depth knowledge and experience on the Labware LIMS and ELN standard functions and modules, primarily should have strong experience in the ELN module having created new templates in the system, customized ELN templates.

Should have development experience on Labware LIMS and very good knowledge and understanding of LIMS Basics functions.

Ability to learn new features and functions in LIMS, ELN, and related systems and increasingly handle more complex issues and requests.

Ability to communicate effectively in English with global colleagues and customers.

Experience in international manufacturing environment, ideally in the Lifescience industry.

11

Proficient in usage of processes such as change control, version control, release management, service management and the related tools like JIRA, HPSM, GEAR, source code repositories.

Required Qualifications

6+ years experience with LabWare LIMS and ELN

Strong ELN module experience (creating new templates, customizing ELN templates)

LabWare LIMS development experience

Good understanding of LIMS basic functions (sample lifecycle, workflows)

Web services integration experience (REST and SOAP)

Configuration of LIMS/ELN per customer requirements

L2/L3 application support (including shift rotations)

Change control, version control, release management, service management processes

English communication with global colleagues/customers

Preferred

Nice to Have

Experience in international manufacturing environment

Life sciences industry experience

Familiarity with tools such as HPSM, GEAR, and source code repositories

Experience with label printing implementations in LIMS contexts
