Coordinate with contractors and manpower sources to arrange and deploy labour.

Handle joining documentation and maintain accurate labour records.

Manage attendance and manpower deployment records on a daily basis.

Coordinate ESI, PF and other labour documentation and compliance activities.

Support site HR and labour compliance activities.

Monitor manpower availability and deployment across sites.

8+ years of experience in labour management, contractor management, site HR or manpower management.

Experience in construction or manufacturing industry is preferred.
10
Strong contractor and labour management experience.

Good knowledge of labour documentation, attendance, ESI and PF.
12
Good coordination and communication skills.
