L3 Windows Infrastructure Engineer (Active Directory & VMware)
Looking for a senior (L3) Windows Infrastructure Engineer to independently deploy, configure, harden, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments with strong Active Directory expertise (domain controllers, GPO, DNS, replication, authentication) and solid VMware administration (ESXi/vCenter, VM lifecycle, troubleshooting). The role focuses on new infrastructure deployments/migrations/implementations and advanced production issue resolution (RCA) while coordinating with OEM/vendor teams when needed.

VMware – ESXi/vCenter deployment, configuration, administration, VM management, troubleshooting, and related infrastructure activities.

Deployment & Implementation – planning and executing new server/infrastructure deployments, configuration, migration, and implementation activities.

L3 Troubleshooting – handling complex production issues, root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and providing technical solutions beyond routine L1/L2 activities.

Infrastructure Support – experience working independently on Windows/virtualization infrastructure and coordinating with OEM/vendor teams for complex issues.

Hands-on Experience – the candidate should be able to independently perform the above activities rather than having only theoretical or monitoring-level knowledge.

Active Directory deployment and administration (domain/controller configuration)
Group Policy (GPO) design, deployment, and troubleshooting
AD-integrated DNS configuration and troubleshooting
AD replication troubleshooting
Authentication troubleshooting (e.g., Kerberos/NTLM concepts)
Windows Server installation, configuration, administration
Windows Server hardening and patching
Advanced (L3) troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in production
VMware ESXi and vCenter deployment and administration
VM management (provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting)
Server/infrastructure deployment, implementation, and migration planning/execution
Ability to work independently (hands-on, not monitoring-only)
Vendor/OEM coordination for complex infrastructure issues
