Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Lead incident triage, impact assessment, escalation, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking for labelling incidents.
Troubleshoot label generation failures, barcode issues, printer connectivity issues, print queue problems, print server errors, label formatting defects and production printing failures.
Support label template configuration, controlled modifications, approvals, testing and deployment across production and non-production environments.
Coordinate with MES, ERP, WMS, warehouse, manufacturing, business application and integration teams to resolve interface-related labelling issues.
Support shipping labels, product labels, regulatory / compliance labels, UDI labels, RFID labels and customer / region-specific label requirements.
Monitor labelling application health, print services, print queues, interface jobs and printer availability; proactively identify recurring issues and stability risks.
Perform data validation, label verification, impact assessment and evidence preparation for incidents, enhancements, releases and audit support.
Participate in change management, release management, testing, deployment, validation and hypercare activities for approved fixes and enhancements.
Prepare operational documentation, knowledge articles, support runbooks, troubleshooting guides and ticket trend analysis to reduce repeat incidents.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure and site teams to support manufacturing operations under a 24x6 AMS support model.

Essential
Required Qualifications
L2/L3 production support for enterprise label management applications (Loftware, BarTender, Label View, Mark Magic or similar)
Troubleshooting label design/templates, print workflows, label generation errors, barcode issues, print queue/print server issues, production printing incidents
Barcode labeling concepts including GS1 and UDI; shipping/product/compliance/customer-specific labels
Integration support between labeling applications and ERP/MES/WMS/manufacturing or warehouse systems
Troubleshooting across application, database/interface layers, Windows Server, print server, and industrial printer layers
Industrial/thermal printer support (e.g., Zebra, SATO, Honeywell, Intermec)
SQL for data checks, troubleshooting, extracts, and interface issue analysis
ITSM/ServiceNow processes: incident, problem, change management, SLA tracking, ticket trend analysis
Stakeholder communication during incidents and escalations
24x6 AMS support model readiness
