ITSM Implementation Lead / Service Delivery Transition Lead

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks
ITSM service delivery model implementation (implementation phase leadership)
Governance framework setup and management
RACI chart creation and ownership
Migration execution/coordination
System/service integration execution/coordination
Project management (planning, tracking, reporting)
Stakeholder management and communication
Progress monitoring and outcome/status reporting
