Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions to identify the right talent.

Source candidates through multiple channels including Job Portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray Search, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

Screen, validate, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Submit high-quality, well-qualified profiles within defined turnaround timelines.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Coordinate with clients as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for requirement gathering, status updates, and recruitment delivery.

Conduct headhunting for niche and hard-to-find technical skill sets.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and hiring practices in the Indian IT recruitment market.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong stakeholder management and client handling skills.
Preferred

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Target-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
Willingness to work from the office (Work from Office, depending on location).
