IT Quality of Service Management Officer / IT Production PMO (CRM/PMO Service Agreements)
Contract role in Orléans (occasional remote) for an IT Quality of Service / IT Production PMO profile to manage service agreement follow-up between business departments, IT and production. Main missions: produce dashboards, analyze incidents and follow action plans.

Coordination: ensure the link between the business departments, the IT department and the production teams, and present the indicators to the committee.

Essential skills: Excel, PowerPoint, ITIL, ServiceNow, KPI/SLA monitoring and reporting.
