IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (Insurance)
Hybrid contract role in Lisbon for a senior professional who combines Business Analysis and IT Project Management end-to-end within the insurance domain. Essential
Required Qualifications
End-to-end IT project management (requirements to delivery/closure)
Business analysis (requirements elicitation, documentation, challenge/validation)
Insurance industry knowledge (ability to work at definition level and challenge assumptions)
Stakeholder management including executive-level stakeholders
Change management (scope control, change requests)
Risk and issue management
Executive communication and presentations (status reporting)
Ability to bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
Strong organization and structured ways of working
Ability to push back on senior stakeholders and manage scope
Experience in large/multinational companies
Fluent Portuguese
Fluent English (C1 or higher)
