IT PMO (SAP S/4 Rollout & Integration)
IT PMO contractor to support the CEDE regional business unit during Phase 2 of Project CONNECT: backlog follow-up after Phase 1 go-live and rollout to additional entities. The PMO will assist the CEDE Transformation IT Program Director by setting up/maintaining governance (steerco/comitology), aligning SLS (shared line services) and local IT, driving integrated planning (scope/RACI/plan), and running drumbeat reporting and escalation across multi-country teams. Strong SAP rollout PMO experience is required (not SAP functional expertise), with proven ability to manage complex application integrations and work effectively in a mostly remote, international environment.

Essential
Required Qualifications
IT PMO / Program PMO experience on international projects
SAP rollout project experience as PMO (end-to-end methodology/structure)
Application integration follow-up (APIs, interfaces) in complex environments
Governance setup and cadence (steerco, weekly meetings, comitology)
Integrated planning: scope, RACI, aligned master plan, dependency tracking
Backlog prioritization and monitoring post go-live
Weekly reporting, progress tracking, risk/issue management, escalation
Stakeholder management across central teams (SLS) and local IT
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in transformation programs
Ability to work proactively in a remote/distributed environment
Tools: ServiceNow
Tools: Jira
Advanced Excel for PMO reporting (tracking, pivots, dashboards)
Preferred
Nice to Have
SAP knowledge (general understanding of SAP/S/4)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA specifically
Experience coordinating ERP with enterprise applications (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce, Palantir)
M&A integration exposure (integrating acquired entities into scope/process)
Experience working with European multi-country rollouts (CEDE region)
