IT Operations Security Administrator (IAM/Governance - SailPoint, CyberArk EPM)
Contract role in Bangalore for an IT Operations Security Administrator focused on Identity Access Management & Governance using SailPoint and Endpoint Privilege Management using CyberArk EPM. The person will deploy, upgrade, and administer CyberArk EPM, manage users/policies, and help design the future-state EPM architecture. They will partner with Help Desk and InfoSec for rollout and end-user support, contribute to broader infrastructure security improvements (patching, vulnerability management, audits), maintain SOP/documentation, and provide on-call support for priority incidents. Endpoint Privilege Management - Install, deploy, and upgrade CyberArk EPM

Support and manage users and policies within CyberArk EPM

Design and architect future CyberArk EPM needs

Work with Help Desk and Infosec teams to ensure successful and timely deployments and support of end users

Over time, enhance the overall security within Infrastructure and Operations utilizing existing toolsets for patching, vulnerability management, audits, and other areas as needed

Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures within Infrastructure and Operations

Support the global Clients user base and be available on call for priority incidents
