IT Integration / Migration Project Manager (Site-based, Post-Transaction)

Essential
Required Qualifications
IT integration program/project management (end-to-end execution)
IT infrastructure integration (networks, servers, storage)
Identity management integration (Active Directory and/or Entra ID)
Data migration oversight with security/compliance and zero-loss mindset
Application portfolio integration/rationalisation (enterprise and laboratory applications)
Legacy decommissioning planning (archiving, hardware disposition)
Stakeholder management and executive-level communication (steering committee updates, status reporting)
Project governance and documentation (master plans, RAID logs, architecture diagrams, compliance-ready records)
Team coordination across internal specialists and external consultants
Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing post-transaction environments
On-site delivery (5 days/week) and cross-site coordination/travel
