IT Business Analyst / Product Owner (Agile)
Hybrid contract role in Madrid (2 days onsite) acting as the link between business and development. The person will gather and document requirements, translate them into functional/technical specifications, own and prioritize the backlog, and coordinate Agile delivery. They will also coordinate UAT, deployments and validation, manage incidents and escalations, and work closely with infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and help desk teams while running projects end-to-end (planning, tracking, reporting). Requires 4+ years in IT as PM/PO/BA, strong Agile coordination, JIRA, understanding of architecture/APIs/data flows/CI-CD (no coding), professional English and fluent Spanish.

Essential
Required Qualifications
4+ years experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in IT environments
Agile delivery coordination (participation in Agile ceremonies)
Backlog ownership and prioritization
Requirements gathering and documentation
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
JIRA
Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing)
Coordinate deployments and validation of deliverables
Incident management and prioritization; escalation management
Stakeholder coordination across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and help desk teams
Understanding of software architecture concepts (no coding)
Understanding of APIs and data flows (no coding)
Understanding of CI/CD concepts (no coding)
Professional English
