Maintain application inventory, documentation, governance standards, and lifecycle transparency.

Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives.

Maintain governance visibility through reporting, dashboards, calendars, and decision logs.

Coordinate change and release readiness activities, reviews, and approvals.

Ensure compliance with change management processes and governance standards.

Assess and track change-related risks and dependencies.

Prioritize and escalate conflicts related to scope, resources, timelines, and delivery.

Coordinate risk management, security governance, vulnerability tracking, and remediation activities.

Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and internal controls.

Own and maintain application-related controls within the Internal Control System (ICS).

Coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence collection, audit responses, findings remediation, and regulatory reviews.

Required Qualifications
Application lifecycle management (portfolio/application inventory, documentation, lifecycle transparency)
IT governance and coordination across stakeholders
ITSM process knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Release
Change & release governance (readiness reviews, approvals, dependency/risk tracking)
Risk management and security governance (vulnerability tracking/remediation coordination)
Audit and compliance coordination (evidence collection, responses, findings remediation)
IT controls ownership/maintenance (Internal Controls/ICS)
Continuity governance: DR/BCM/ITSCM planning and testing coordination
Stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, escalation management
Vendor/external service provider coordination
Working knowledge of application architecture/integrations, cloud platforms, databases, APIs (for governance/oversight)
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
Experience managing enterprise-critical applications in regulated environments

Enterprise Architecture practices and repositories
System engineering and service management frameworks
Agile/DevOps/SRE practices (governance alignment)
ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification
Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification
Familiarity with vulnerability management programs and compliance maturity improvements
