Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Protecting the Existing Revenue Stream from Competition & Downward Tariff Revision.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for IT hardware, peripherals, IT services, and software solutions.
Seeding New Products & Services - Cross Selling & Up selling - to enhance overall revenue
Work closely with OEM Account Managers in designated accounts and workout winning strategy.
Business planning & Accurate Forecasting - on Revenue, Order booking, Gross Addition, Gross Net, Net Addition, Churn, Billing, Collection & Bad debts.
Coordination with Other teams for same account across teams to ensure sync in terms of tariff offering, other circle acquisitions, Order fulfilment, Issues Resolution & various other day to day activities
Monitor the service delivery and service assurance aspects are in line with agreed SLA / MSA
Facilitating Collections Team to ensure timely payments and reduction in bad debts
Manages detailed Account dossier and update periodically.
Adhere and comply to all processes and systems of organization.

Key account management (enterprise accounts)
Revenue growth ownership (monthly/quarterly/annual targets)
Cross-sell and up-sell of IT products and services
Business planning and sales forecasting (revenue/order booking/billing/collections)
Commercial management: collections follow-up and bad debt reduction
Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination (delivery/assurance/fulfillment)
SLA/MSA understanding and monitoring service delivery vs. commitments
Competitive defense / revenue protection (pricing pressure, tariff revisions)
Account documentation management (account dossier)

Nice to Have
Experience working with OEM account managers / OEM ecosystem
Knowledge of churn and net additions metrics (telecom-style KPIs)
Exposure to IT hardware/peripherals distribution or enterprise procurement cycles
Familiarity with service assurance processes and escalation management
