Essential
Required Qualifications
Lead internal controls / SOX engagements (advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation, optimization)
Banking/NBFC/Fintech sector experience for at least the last 3 years
Knowledge of IFC guidance and practices
Knowledge of COSO framework
Knowledge of SOX requirements
Knowledge of IFCoFR (Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting)
Team management (managed 4–6 people)
Proposal and documentation writing (proposals/flyers/detailed reports)

Industry experience within banks or NBFCs
