Prepare detailed interior design drawings, 3D visualisations and presentation materials for client approvals.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams and contractors during the design and execution

Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, flooring and décor materials aligned with project budgets.

Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution quality and ensure interiors are delivered as per approved

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors for material procurement and timely delivery.

Manage project timelines and ensure interior works are completed on schedule.

Incorporate client requirements and feedback into design revisions while maintaining design integrity.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and construction practices relevant to real estate.

Prepare and present design proposals to senior management and clients.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Interior design concept development (mood boards, material palettes, space planning/layouts)
Preparation of detailed interior drawings and documentation
3D visualisation/rendering and presentation preparation
Proficiency in at least some of: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit (or similar)
Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, lighting, flooring, furniture/fixtures selection and specification
MEP coordination understanding (basic coordination with electrical/HVAC/plumbing)
Site execution monitoring and quality checks against approved designs
Vendor/supplier/contractor coordination for procurement and delivery
Project timeline management / scheduling for interior works
Client communication and incorporating feedback into revisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with reputed real estate developers, interior firms, or design studios
Residential apartment or villa interior design experience
Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design practices
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
