Insurance P&C Domain Consultant / Business Analyst (Core Platforms)
Hire a 6–9 years insurance domain professional in India who can translate P&C insurance business needs into requirements and operating processes across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory/financial reporting. Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge (underwriting, claims, policy administration)
Underwriting and exposure rating concepts
Claims lifecycle management and adjudication concepts
Policy administration and product configuration concepts
Regulatory compliance knowledge (NAIC, DOI, PRA/FCA, or local statutory bodies)
Financial/reporting standards knowledge (IFRS 17, SAP, GAAP)
Actuarial concepts and loss reserving methodologies (conceptual understanding)
Reinsurance and subrogation workflows
Core insurance platform expertise in at least one: Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco
ACORD data standards
API integrations (conceptual/requirements level)
Business requirements documentation (BRD) and user story definition
